Event Request Form

Please complete this form if you’d like the Ice Burg to attend your event. This includes birthday parties, reunions, receptions, and other gatherings.

Event Policies

$75 minimum purchase for parties in Warrensburg, which is roughly 18-20 treats.

There is no “fee”, unless minimum purchase is not met.

Parties and events are done as “drive by”, which means we’re there long enough to serve everyone. We don’t sit for a certain amount of time.

Minimum 10% gratuity for the driver.

Out of town parties:
-$150 minimum purchase when we’re not in town.
-$100 minimum purchase when we ARE in town.
-20% gratuity for the driver.
